Entry Requirements:

• Born in or after 2007

• At least two optional Chopin works, among them one Chopin Mazurka or Waltz.

• If the playtime allows, one optional piece by another composer is permitted but not compulsory.

​The Repertoire:

​

The competitors should play the pieces from memory​.

​

Prizes:​

​

• Total amount R5 000

• All South African participants receive a free of charge piano tuning and assessment.

​

Entry Fee:

R750.00

 

The entry fee is not refundable, even in case of withdrawal or no-appearing for auditions.
